***. Please do not call or text Sylvia or Larry at this time, they both need their rest and have asked that you check here or the church office for updates. We will keep this page updated to help alleviate calls for them.
Tuesday – Feb. 16th:

As of 9pm tonight Larry is in very very critical condition.  Please continue to pray!
Saturday – Feb. 13th:

Larry has not been doing too good.  He had a really rough couple of days. He cannot eat or drink so they are going to have to put his tube back in.  He cannot move his legs and they are running scans to see if they can figure out why.

He is not out of the woods yet.

Please continue to pray for Bro. Larry’s recovery and strength and comfort for Ms. Sylvia.
Wednesday Evening- Feb. 10th:
We just got news that Larry is off the ventilator and has been moved out of ICU!!!!
We are praising the Lord with continued prayer! He is alert and talking to Sylvia and is worried about us messing up his system in the office! Please keep praying for a speedy and full recovery with us!
Sylvia and her family need some additional prayers from our church family at this time.  Her younger sister was killed tragically in a car accident this week as well. The funeral is Friday, and she will not be able to attend.
Join us in prayers of big comfort for Sylvia at this time.
Tuesday Evening- Feb. 9th:
The good news is, Larry did not have any cardiac episodes today.  The bad news is, they could not successfully take him off the ventilator.  It is a delicate balancing act and they are letting him rest and will try again tomorrow.
Just keep praying please!
Tuesday Morning- Feb. 9th:
Sylvia just called and said he is about the same today, and they are going to try and take him off the ventilator and see how he does. Keep up those Prayers!
Monday Evening- Feb. 8th:
Brother Larry is still in very critical condition and still sedated. His heart was badly damaged, only having 25-30% functioning and he needs to be put on a defibrillator.  They are not sure he will survive it.  He will be transferred tonight to Rollins for a safer vest defibrillator option.
He also has an additional issue of pulmonary fibrosis that has worsened and there is no cure.  It is complicating all treatment plans.
Please continue to pray for Bro. Larry’s recovery and strength and comfort for Ms. Sylvia.
Saturday Evening – Feb 7th:
Larry is now sedated and on a ventilator due to bleeding in his lungs.
He is critical and the next 24 hours are crucial. Keep praying!
Saturday Morning – Feb 7th:
Bro. Larry Stephen had a heart attack this morning and has been taken to the Altamonte Hospital. Please join us in prayer.
